WM5G is hosting a free, two-day training programme aimed at helping businesses get to grips with e-commerce. It takes place online, on Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 November.

The event, which is funded by ERDF, is an interactive programme of expert speakers, break-out workshops and collaborative exercises. Topics covered include marketing techniques, SEO, web design and selling via social media platforms. Participants will develop their skills and knowledge, learn how to grow their business, and come away with an e-commerce action plan.

The masterclass is open to all qualifying businesses in Coventry, Warwickshire and the Black Country, and is ideal for creators, solopreneurs, representatives of SMEs and anyone looking to boost their online sales presence.
