West Bromwich trading estate proves popular

Kelvin Way Trading Estate in West Bromwich has secured three new lettings since the start of the year. Bulleys Chartered Surveyors completed the deals from their Oldbury office, filling 22,767 square feet of space across units 19, 20 and 24.

The estate comprises 49 units in total, covering an area of nearly 280,000 square feet. Its recently refurbished units are already home to companies such as Maxpower Automotive Ltd, Safetykleen and Aquaid Water Coolers.

The popularity of the estate is attributed to its excellent transport links – it is just two miles from Junctions 1 and 2 of the M5 and close to Sandwell and Dudley railway station. In addition to open warehouse space, the units offer communal parking and CCTV security, and many also come with integrated office space.

Further units are still available, ranging in size from from 2,670 to 16,889 square feet, and in price from £3.75 to £5.25 per square foot.
