On Thursday 9 November the Black Country Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a workshop at the Dudley Canal & Tunnel Trust. This event will offer you the opportunity to find out what support is available for your business, from funding streams and workshops, through to free technical expertise.

Iain will talk about the economic benefits and growth opportunities of introducing basic, intermediate or advanced services to support customers. Focusing on manufacturing and technology-innovating SMEs (e.g. software firms), he will demonstrate how to assess your competitive strategy, and share short-cuts to accelerate the transformation of your firm.
Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) SME Group
The WMG SME Group is a multidisciplinary team based The University of Warwick, pioneering support for innovation in small and medium sized businesses. They accelerate productivity and growth in SMEs by helping you utilise research-led tools and techniques, building profitable and collaborative relationships.
Their product innovation accelerator project, part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, is an offer of free technical expertise and collaborative support to Black Country-based manufacturing SMEs to develop new products, processes and access innovative, new technologies.
