Entries are now open for the Express & Star Business Awards 2023. 

ESBA23 celebrates the success of businesses across our region, showcasing a whole range of commercial activity.

The awards are free to enter and open to any business or organisation within the Black Country and Staffordshire reflecting the Express & Star circulation area.

There are nine award categories:

• Apprentice of the year 
• Manufacturing champion 
• Family business of the year 
• Young business of the year
• Business person of the year 
• Small to medium sized business of the year 
• Growth and innovation award 
• Best marketing campaign 
• Business of the year 

In 2022 the awards received the highest level of applications to date, from a wide range of businesses, including many which hadn’t entered previously. 

More companies than ever before competed in the awards – a testament to business engagement across the region.

Hopefully Sandwell businesses will perform as well as they did at the Black Country Chamber Awards 2022 back in October, where at least one Sandwell organisation was represented as a finalist in each of the fourteen award categories.
