Sandwell College is offering free, tailored training for organisations that are looking to become more customer-focused.

‘Innovation 4.0’ is a funded scheme in which a qualified consultant will provide your team with the tools to look at business challenges in a new way. This can either happen on your site, or on one of the Sandwell College campuses in Sandwell, Central Birmingham or Cadbury.

The session uses ‘design thinking’ to help identify potential solutions that already exist within your business in order to boost sales, productivity and customer satisfaction. It can also be a great team-building exercise in its own right – you are welcome to send several people from your organisation.

The session is specifically tailored to the participants, so is open to anyone in any industry.
