Smethwick-based parcel business GeoPost has invested in Surrey logistics provider Worldnet Direct.

The Surrey business will continue to operate as a stand-alone company but will receive support and access to resources from GeoPost. Its service will operate directly through Worldnet and GeoPost’s two UK brands and roll out across Europe in time.

GeoPost operates brands DPD UK and Interlink Express
