Strong demand for industrial sites in the region means there are no empty units available on Kelvin Way Trading Estate for the first time in over ten years.

All 49 units at the industrial estate in West Bromwich are now occupied, according to Harris Lamb and Bulleys, joint agents for the site.

Kelvin Way, which is one of the largest and best known commercial estates in the area, includes a wide range of spaces, from 1,700 to 41,000 square feet. Its security, excellent transport links and refurbished units all contribute to its popularity. Seven deals in the last six months have seen the last units snapped up and the site reach full occupancy.
