super firm: Solicitors in Sandwell join forces

Two of Sandwell’s leading law firms, Clark Brookes and Turner Cary, have merged to become one of the largest legal solicitors in the borough. The newly united company, which has also joined the Quality Solicitors Group, will now be trading under the name Quality Solicitors Clark Brookes Turner Cary.

The move sees the two companies pooling their resources and now boasts a compliment of 14 fully qualified solicitors.  With each solicitor specialising in a certain area, the firm offers both corporate and individual clients a wealth of knowledge and experience in all commercial matters.

The company, based in Lombard Street West in West Bromwich, offers a free initial consultation to all its clients, and prides itself on providing a high-quality service worthy of a city centre firm but at a fraction of the cost.

To assist clients with their budgeting, the company provides a fixed-fee service which can include home or business visits when required, enabling solicitors to get a true feel for the business they are dealing with.

The firm also handles succession planning, including wills, trusts and estates for company directors, shareholders and individuals, as well as the effects of matrimonial or family breakdown on business organisations.
Richard Pinning, commercial director at Quality Solicitors Clark Brookes Turner Cary, said: “We try to become part of our clients’ support teams and to add value to their organisations.” With the new joint venture in place, the firm is understandably confident that it can become one of the most noted and respected legal names in Sandwell.
Congratulations and good luck to Quality Solicitors Clark Brookes Turner Cary from everyone here at finditinsandwell!
