Two industrial buildings in Tipton have been acquired by The Pallet Company after winning a bidding war with other potential buyers.

Interest in industrial sites in Sandwell remains high due to the great central location near to the motorway network accessing the whole of the country. Opportunities seldom arise for buyers to acquire the freehold of a high quality facility in a prime Midlands location so when they do interest is high.

The Pallet Company came out on top after bidding an undisclosed sum for the two Tipton industrial buildings totalling 10,000 sq ft, set within 1.1 acres on Leabrook Road.
