Tipton industrial units in demand

Three Pallet Company lorries parked infant of a tall stack of wooden pallets. Two industrial buildings in Tipton have been acquired by The Pallet Company after winning a bidding war with other potential buyers.

Interest in industrial sites in Sandwell remains high due to the great central location near to the motorway network accessing the whole of the country. Opportunities seldom arise for buyers to acquire the freehold of a high quality facility in a prime Midlands location so when they do interest is high.

The Pallet Company came out on top after bidding an undisclosed sum for the two Tipton industrial buildings totalling 10,000 sq ft, set within 1.1 acres on Leabrook Road.

The Pallet Company has operated from Sandwell for over twenty years, providing services throughout the UK. With its headquarters in West Bromwich the company offers a wide range of products and services nationwide.

It continually reinvests in its business to ensure that it keeps up with evolving markets and satisfies the needs of its customers, recently introducing industry-leading software and expanding its fleet of vehicles and trailers to provide efficiency and consistency across all aspects of the business.

As part of that investment and commitment to providing excellent customer service, The Pallet Company was keen to expand its operation within the region and secure a site that would better enable it to provide its services nationwide.

The location of the Tipton units with their proximity to the M6 was ideal and the units, comprising two workshops and extensive yard areas, ticked all the boxes.

During the sale process the site was opened to best and final bids. The Pallet Company was the highest bidder and is now preparing to take occupation in the coming weeks. Congratulations on the acquisition!
