Social housing decarbonisation funding opportunities
Daikin and E.ON have teamed up to hold a series of events about some government funding opportunities.
The events will provide insights into funding, including updates on the recently launched £1.5b social housing decarbonisation fund and home upgrade grant scheme, as well as presenting the latest ideas in low-carbon heating solutions.
Low-carbon heating solutions are thought to be a key measure to help tackle climate change by reducing carbon emissions. They also offer a solution to the energy crisis by using renewable technology to significantly reduce energy bills.
At the events Daikin will have a team of experts on hand to run through the latest developments in heat pump technology. Its specialists will explain more about new smart heat pumps and the water sourced range of commercial heat pumps available, which are suitable for high-rise blocks and other communal housing schemes.
E.ON’s dedicated green funding solutions team has already partnered with local authorities and registered providers for bids into various government funding schemes. With over a 90 per cent success rate on previous bids, it offers to help make the funding process easier for businesses by providing the resources, experience and skills needed from bid creation to delivering installations.
The joint roadshow will visit three locations across the North West and Midlands.
The Midlands session is being held on Thursday 1 December at Bell Plumbing Supplies, Trimmis Road, Stourbridge. To register your place visit: https://daikin.formstack.com/forms/fundingopportunites_daikin_with_eon_2022
The event takes place from 11am – 1pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
