New premises and plant for Plastic Coatings Ltd

plastic-coatings-logoKingswinford company, Plastic Coatings Ltd, has thanked the Think Sandwell team for our recent support in the process of securing new funding.

A £130,000 grant from the Regional Growth Fund (RGF) will enable Plastic Coatings Ltd to increase productivity and boost new customers by 20 per cent by 2020.

Plastic Coatings Ltd is a trade coating applicator company, offering a wide range of specialist coating materials, including thermoset and thermoplastic polymers, fluoropolymers, electrophoretic or e-coat paint and primers. It runs a 24-hour processing operation across sixteen coating lines and employs around 140 people from the region.

Its processing operation is located in Kingswinford and this central location enables it to conveniently service the whole of the United Kingdom.

The RGF grant it received will be used to invest in new premises and plant, as well as enabling coating to be offered to more specifications, improving process controls and increasing productivity.

The Regional Growth Fund is a government-led initiative which supports eligible projects and enterprises in raising private-sector investment to create economic growth and lasting employment. The Think Sandwell team now has extensive experience in helping local businesses access this funding.
