A dedicated telephone line and email address have been set up by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, on behalf of the Carillion taskforce, to support local businesses that may be affected by the Wolverhampton-based company Carillion going into liquidation.

If you are from a business and would like support or have questions relating to the situation at Carillion please call 01902 912322 or email carillionhelp@blackcountrychamber.co.uk.

The situation is still developing so the people staffing the telephone line may not know all the answers to your questions yet. But via an email from the Black Country Chamber they have pledged to “share the latest updates with you and take your concerns forward to the taskforce group and relevant support agencies”.

The taskforce group includes representatives from the City of Wolverhampton Council, Black Country LEP, Department for Work and Pensions, West Midlands Combined Authority, Black Country Chamber of Commerce and Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy.
