On Wednesday 27th February, internet giant Google will be running a Digital Garage event in Sandwell, to offer local businesses free digital skills coaching to help them grow their businesses, careers and confidence.

The session, hosted by Sandwell Business Ambassadors, runs from 8.30am to 1pm, and includes three 45-minute courses. The first gives an introduction to digital marketing, the second looks at how to create compelling social media content, and the third covers how to use data to help your business grow.

The Digital Garage is one of Google’s flagship investment programmes in the UK, and has  been delivering courses and one-to-one sessions since 2015. In that time, it has helped develop the digital skills of over 300,000 people in 250 different locations across the country.
