The Digital Marketing Workshop explores the importance of a having a Digital Marketing Plan for businesses. This first event is free of charge, as part of the Digital Skills Academy which is created to improve the digital skills of businesses throughout the region. Subsequent workshops will be chargeable.
The successful companies of the future will continually use digital marketing strategies to drive their business forward. This workshop will cover the fundamentals of digital marketing including:
- Email marketing
- Social media marketing
- Videos and podcasts
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Google Analytics
Phil Oakley and Andy Harrison will host this event. Philip Oakley is a board member of the UK IT Association and the Professional Institutes Network. He regularly talks for Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Chartered Institute of Personal Development and many universities. Andy Harrison is a Digital and Social Media Trainer, who has worked for some of the UK’s largest blue chip companies.
