What do we need to start a Social Enterprise?

UnLtd, working in partnership with  Sandwell council are delivering a workshop for those people looking to start up a social enterprise.

During the workshop you will look at:

• Person: What are your skills, experience, knowledge and passions?
•  Proposition; what do you want to do and what need/issue/market have you identified
•  People: who else needs to be involved – and what resources do you require
•  Performance: what have you done already?
•  Plan: how are you going to make money and enough money to sustain the enterprise
•  Legal Structures
•  Financing your enterprise
•  Next steps

The event will take place at Sandwell Business Solutions Centre on Tuesday 17 May - 9am - 12pm
