On Friday 26 January the Black Country Skills Factory invite you to attend a free recruitment and legislation course at Sandwell College.
Learning aim
To enable learners to understand :-
- Methods of advertising jobs and the advantages and disadvantages of each
- The purpose of job description and a job specification
- Have a basic understanding of the process by which a business will recruit staff.
Outcomes
The learner will be able to go back to their workplace and :-
- Write a job advert
- Compose a job description
- Compose a person specification.
Different levels of experience and businesses are welcome. Exercises designed to suit all levels and business types.
