What is Collaborative Working?
What is CISCO Spark?
Spark is a simple, secure and complete communication and collaboration platform for messaging, meetings and calls. This session is being led by Nowcomm, who have been using Spark to realise benefits in time, cost savings and convenience.
Using collaboration tools like Spark can bring your teams closer together, make functioning smarter, and making their work and projects more productive and more profitable. It can be used to help enable innovation to happen within your organisation

James is responsible for the technical development of Nowcomm’s product and services portfolio and provides technical leadership on client projects. He has over 20 years’ experience in networking and systems integration including 5 years with Cisco. James co-founded Nowcomm in 2006.
Luke Nelson
Collaboration Solutions Specialist, Cisco
Luke joined Cisco in 2007 and altogether has 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, across many verticals including; finance, retail, manufacturing, government and technology. Luke’s role at Cisco gives him responsibility for incubation and routes to market for Cisco’s Next Generation Collaboration technologies across EMEAR.
This work forms part of The Innovation Engine Project, which aims “to create new markets for SMEs in Greater Birmingham & Solihull by finding challenges that need innovative solutions”.
