Black Country Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting leaders across the region to challenge their approach to their respective businesses.

On Thursday 14 September the Chamber are running an exclusive programme to develop the leadership and management skills of CEO’s, MD’s and Senior Managers. This course is aimed at supporting business growth and inspiring leaders throughout the region. As managers and leaders, it is key to invest in your own development. The learning experience involves gaining a bank of invaluable tools that can be applied to a variety of situations.

This is a real world programme for real world people and businesses. Not only will you gain knowledge and hone your skills, you will also have the opportunity to interact with other companies and share experiences to enhance your learning even further.

This programme consists of six whole day training sessions and six one-to-one coaching sessions over a 10-month period. This is all delivered by a professional facilitator, Wendyanne Shapiro, with significant experience within both the manufacturing and services sectors.

The exclusive one-to-one coaching sessions are an opportunity to develop the learning process even further. The one-hour meetings with Wendyanne Shapiro between the workshops push you to think about putting the theory into practice and discussing real life examples in your business. Delegates will also have access to a range of masterclasses covering a range of subject areas such as process improvement and customer experiences.
