On Monday 20 March you are invited to a breakfast café conversation where you will have the opportunity to influence how the Vision 2030 will work for every business in Sandwell.

Over a complimentary cooked breakfast, you will get to meet with key decision makers within the council and discuss Vision 2030 which sets out where Sandwell is heading up to 2030.

The overriding message of Vision 2030 is closer partnership working between all sectors in Sandwell. For this to happen collaboration, co-production, planning and strategy have to be at the core of this vision.

Vision 2030 sets out a number of key ambitions such as:

• By 2030 Sandwell host industries of the future and will have boosted companies to grow.
• By 2030 Sandwell will have significant numbers of new homes built along key transport routes and there will be some major new employment sites.
• By 2030 Sandwell have a national reputation for getting things done, focussing on what really matters in people’s lives and their wider community
• By 2030 Sandwell’s young people will have better skills and working people will have developed new skills – giving Sandwell a workforce geared up to respond to changes in business needs and the economy.
