Women in Property and the BCO NextGen Midlands committees would be delighted if you could join us for an evening at the iCentrum building. Spread over three floors and a mezzanine level, the 42,149 square foot building has been designed to create the optimum environment for innovative collaboration.

iCentrum consists of an event auditorium for 180 people, exhibition space for up to 500 people, a collection of office suites for SMEs to let on flexible licences, moveable sound proof partitioning to create office suites tailored to tenant requirements, a large bank of co-working desks for iCentrum members and various other flexible working spaces to promote cross fertilisation of ideas and challenge driven innovation. iCentrum is the first phase of the £40million campus expansion plans and companies who take office suites within the new building will benefit from business rates relief for the first 5 years and superfast broadband.

This event is a great opportunity to view iCentrum and what it has to offer but also network with fellow BCO NextGen and Women in Property members in an informal environment. It’s also a perfect first event for new members and those looking to join the BCO NextGen and/or Women in Property.

The evening will start at 5.30pm with beers/wines/soft drinks and snacks on arrival, followed by briefing on iCentrum and building tour by Dr David Hardman MBE, CEO of Innovation Birmingham Ltd.
