West Bromwich company adapts product range to combat coronavirus
Wrights Plastics, based on Brandon Way in West Bromwich, is boosting its business and safeguarding others, by adding virus protection screens to its range of products.
The company, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, is the UK’s leading manufacturer and supplier of point of sale and retail displays. As well as display stands and leaflet holders, it also makes pavement signs, food dispensers and acrylic furniture for customers including Marks and Spencer, Selfridges and The John Lewis Partnership.
Its Sandwell factory is a now a designated COVID-19 protection manufacturing plant that has produced over 50,000 screens and 4,000 hand sanitiser dispensers since the
beginning of April. It’s ‘Back to Work Safely’ range also includes pavement signs, poster holders and snap frames for displaying up-to-date information.
Think Sandwell is delighted to see another local business adapting to the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, and helping other companies get back in business by enabling staff to work safely.
