Black Country GOLD  is offering local small, medium and social enterprises the opportunity to receive a programme of tailored support to identify and realise their growth opportunities.

1. All enterprises will have a 1-2-1 diagnostic to understand the issues preventing them from accessing growth opportunities and to identify solutions.
2. They will then be directed to a locally-run workshop on a specialist theme, tailored to 6 different types of growth opportunity, where specialists from national agencies will present the standards required and how to reach them; as well as local support agencies on hand to advise.
3. Further one to one support on how to develop their growth plans will then be provided.
4. With the growth plan in place SMEs and Social Enterprises will be invited to apply for a business support grant of up to £5,000 for equipment or £16,000 for specialist professional services to implement their growth plans.

The programme is open to social enterprises and business enterprises operating within the high value manufacturing, business services, environmental technologies, transport technologies and building technologies sectors only.
