Crowe Clark Whitehill creates Midlands centre in Sandwell
Audit, tax and advisory firm Crowe Clark Whitehill has agreed terms on one floor of the newly-refurbished Black Country House in Oldbury. The new office will combine the firm’s Midlands operations, which were previously based in Walsall and Kidderminster.
The company will take the first floor of the development, which comprises 10,500 sq ft.
Midlands managing partner Johnathan Dudley said: “Rather than being city centre based, our location and accessibility to clients has been a high priority to us for the last 20 years.
“Our Midlands offices in Kidderminster and Walsall have served us well, but for some time, we have wanted to bring the two together to create a centre of excellence for our audit, tax and advisory services.”
Walsall-based developer Goold Estates has completed the £1.4m comprehensive refurbishment of the reception area, common parts and new lifts.
