A Dutch manufacturer specialising in the production, distribution and sales of minerals, fertilizers and substrates for the horticulture industry has agreed a deal on warehouse space in Oldbury.

Atami, founded in 1997, has a customer base spread over more than 40 countries and is a renowned technical biological research bureau. It leads the field in plant nutrition and is continuously in development.

The company has agreed a long-term lease on a newly-refurbished 30,000 square feet industrial unit on the Junction 2 Industrial Estate, off Demuth Way in Oldbury.

Located just off Junction 2 of the M5 the industrial estate, owned by Logicor, provides excellent access to the UK motorway network. It is therefore a prime location for businesses looking to establish a central base for local, regional or national operations.

The letting deal was completed by Harris Lamb.
