The ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) is offering fully funded training leading to a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management.

This qualification is ideal for those who have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing their abilities. The leadership qualification particularly supports team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.

Delivered virtually via Zoom, the course covers:

• How to improve management performance
• How to establish an effective team
• How to motivate to improve performance
• How to manage remote workers
• Training and coaching in the workplace

The deadline for the next cohort is Monday 17 May for starting on Tuesday 18 May, but if that’s too soon, future dates are also available.
