The 12-week programme gives practical management training to senior business leaders and is designed to be manageable alongside full-time work. Modules include financial management, strategies for growth and innovation, leading high-performance teams and approaches to digital adoption.

The programme includes online workshops, face-to-face delivery, independent learning, peer-supported learning and one-to-one mentoring. By the end, participants will develop a tailored business growth plan, and have access to an extensive alumni network. It costs just £750, due to 90 per cent government subsidy, and is accredited by the Small Business Charter.

To join the Help to Grow: Management programme, your business must be a UK-based SME employing between five and 249 people which has been operational for at least one year. Participants must be a member of the senior management team or a key decision-maker, and must commit to completing all sessions.
