Midlands-based company Fast Fit Nationwide has been acquired in a management buy-out deal. Its management team will continue to run the business. The team consists of Darren Smith, Paul Hickman, and founder shareholder Dave Bradley.

Founded in 1990 in the Bromsgrove area, Fast Fit was originally a vehicle glazing replacement company but is now a national supplier of commercial vehicle ply-lining, conversions and accessories, as well as auto-glass. The company has depots in West Bromwich and Bromsgrove with a national client base.

The management team was advised on the buy-out deal by corporate finance specialists, Bishop Fleming of Worcester, and Shawbrook Bank provided the funding for the management team to take the business forwards.
