Mark Williams has joined the board of Voestalpine High Performance Metals UK, a division of the Voestalpine leading global technology and capital goods group.

Based at the European Business Park in Oldbury, the company specialises in technologically demanding products in the field of speciality steel. It offers services such as machining, milling, testing and additive manufacturing, and operates a worldwide sales and service network of approximately 160 locations across all continents.

Umbrella group Voestalpine is headquartered in Linz, Austria, oversees 500 operating sites, employs around 52,000 people and has a total turnover of over 11bn Euros.

Mark Williams was previously managing director for the Hadley Group Middle East and has also worked for Uddelholm Ltd. A Voestalpine post on LinkedIn described him as “ambitious, driven and dedicated”.
