Remote Key Man unlocks future growth with Black Country premises

remotekeymanA mobile car key replacement service has seen an upturn in business since moving into an industrial unit in Oldbury.

Remote Key Man, which provides an emergency service for people who’ve locked their keys in their car alongside non-emergency key cutting and replacement, moved into Percy Business Park in order to give customers a fixed base to visit. Moving into the 1,320 sq ft unit has already led to an increase in business, enabling the company to take on two additional members of staff.

A three-year lease has been signed with landlord Coltham Developments, which was advised by Greg Farley of George Green lawyers in Cradley Heath. The site was found for Remote Key Man by commercial property specialists, Bulleys. In a news release by Bulleys, managing director, Ian Collier, said: “I’m impressed with the security and cleanliness of the whole industrial park.”

Think Sandwell hopes that this move by Remote Key Man opens the door to even more success from their new Black Country base. To find out how we can help you find the perfect premises, visit our property and planning pages.
