Rotala reports revenue rise
Tividale-based bus and coach operator Rotala PLC has reported a 14 per cent rise in revenue in its latest half-year results.
In the six months to May 2018, the company achieved revenue of £32.7m, as well as pre-tax profits of £1.5m, up 17 per cent on last year.
This comes after Rotala acquired Heathrow shuttle service Hotel Hoppa from rival National Express in November 2017, and then bought the entire business, brand and fleet from CEN Group, operating as Central Buses, in February 2018.
Think Sandwell congratulates Rotala on its impressive results, and on its inclusion in Sandwell’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies Index for the second year in a row. To find out how we can help your business grow, visit our Business Services pages.
