An industrial site on Sams Lane in West Bromwich has been sold for £1.5m to fencing company Safe Fence.

The site, which includes two units with a combined floor space of 21,000 sq ft and an acre of land, was sold by agents Harris Lamb within three months of being put on the market. Safe Fence moved quickly to beat other interested parties to the sale.

Safe Fence is headquartered in Buckinghamshire but has premises on Oldbury Road Industrial Estate in West Bromwich. It is one of the UK’s leader suppliers of temporary fencing and its range of products and services also includes crowd control and traffic management barriers, groundworks supplies, scaffolding, skips and lifting equipment.
