Sandwell company makes Fast Track league table
At this difficult time it’s more important than ever to celebrate successes, that’s why we’re sending big congratulations to Sandwell’s Ash & Lacy for making it into the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200, a league table of the UK’s top 200 private companies with the fastest-growing international sales.
The table is drawn up from the last two years of available accounts and puts West Bromwich engineering firm Ash & Lacy at number 163, with average annual sales growth of 35.50 per cent and over £3m of international sales. This sets it ahead of businesses such as retailer The White Company and luxury yacht builder Princess Yachts.
Also on the list are well-known brands such as drinks manufacturer Fentimans, clothing retailer FatFace and brewery BrewDog. In total, fifteen Midlands companies made the league table, including Shropshire fruit grower Jupiter Group, winner of the Corporate Social Responsibility Award at the 2019 Midlands Family Business Awards.
Fast Track is a leading research and events company that publishes seven annual league tables tracking exports, growth, sales and profits of Britain’s top private companies. To qualify for nomination, businesses must meet a number of criteria including being UK-registered with at least ten employees and international sales of at least £1m in the latest year.
If you’d like to nominate your company for next year’s league table, go to the Fast Track website for the full set of criteria and the nomination form. The closing date for the International Track 200 league table for 2021 is 6 November 2020.
