Tackling the energy crisis: Implementing innovative low carbon technologies
EnTRESS (Environmental Technologies & Resource Efficiency Support Service) is holding a free event to help you tackle the energy crisis affecting your business. The event will cover renewable technologies and energy saving measures that could be implemented by small and medium-sized businesses.
Many businesses are being hit with rising energy prices and the associated operating costs that have a significant impact on businesses of all sizes and sectors. To off-set these rising costs businesses can reduce energy waste through improved efficiency, move away from fossil fuels and deploy zero carbon technologies to generate electricity to meet energy needs.
This in-person event is aimed at SMEs across Staffordshire and the Black Country that are looking for advice and help to take matters into their own hands to tackle the energy crisis and build business resilience.
The event will feature company case studies, presentations from the EnTRESS team and academics, plus talks by renewable energy providers. There will also be an exhibition of solution providers and networking opportunities.
Eligible businesses attending may be able to access additional fully funded support and advice around the best solutions for their business.
The event takes place on Thursday 2 February at Stafford Rugby Union Football Club in Stafford.
