This new year, help your team ‘Thrive at Work’
Calling Sandwell organisations – boost your staff wellbeing this new year by joining the Thrive at Work wellbeing programme. Attend a free online workshop on Tuesday 25 January to find out how the programme could benefit your organisation.
Thrive at Work is a free programme that is helping workers across the Midlands to feel healthier and more productive. It empowers employers to take a proactive approach to build employee and organisational resilience.
Thrive at Work is part of the Mental Health & Productivity Pilot (MHPP) and is available to all West Midlands based organisations with more than eight employees. It is funded by the Midlands Engine and run by West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
The programme is based on academic research and provides a structured wellbeing toolkit to support employee health and wellbeing.
It is designed to help businesses maximise the potential of employees by cutting staff absence due to sickness, improving engagement, and increasing resilience, productivity and retention through creating a healthier and happier workforce.
WMCA is holding its first online interactive session of 2022 on Tuesday 25 January, where you can find out more about the programme.
For more information about Thrive at Work visit the WMCA website.
