Impact Futures, a leading national training provider, is hosting a virtual webinar to raise awareness of courses available to businesses through the Adult Education Budget (AEB).

The AEB funds the delivery of education and training for people aged 19 and over. It aims to help adults develop the skills and learning needed to progress in work, delivering courses through local training providers such as Sandwell Adult and Family Learning (SAFL).

Encouraging employees to improve their knowledge and skills not only increases their value to your business, but also improves morale and staff retention. 

The upcoming webinar will let attendees know about the qualifications and short courses available for free to businesses through the AEB, including English, Maths and essential digital skills, as well as sector-specific qualifications in Business and Management, Childcare, and Health and Social Care.
