West Bromwich Albion sign up new sponsor and kit manufacturer
Ideal Boilers is a Hull-based company founded in 1906. The deal to sponsor West Bromwich Albion Football Club will see Ideal Boilers’ logo appear on players’ shirts for the next two years. Baggies chief executive, Mark Jenkins, said that the two organisations have a lot in common. Firstly, longevity, with the football club tracing its origins as far back as 1878. The club also shares Ideal Boilers’ founding principles of ‘quality, innovation and value’.
Making the kit will be PUMA, a German company which already produces kits for Arsenal, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund. With origins going back to 1924, PUMA also has a long heritage, and Mark believes the fans will approve of their club joining forces with such a popular, international brand.
Think Sandwell wishes West Bromwich Albion all the best for the forthcoming season, with its new partnerships and on the pitch.
