West Bromwich office building fully let following Go Train deal
Lanchard House in West Bromwich is now fully let after commercial agent Bond Wolfe secured a deal with training provider Go Train.
Go Train has taken the final 2,173 sq ft first floor office suite at the Victoria Street building – doubling the amount of space it is using. This means that all 26,000 sq ft at Lanchard House has now been let.
The purpose-built office building, situated just off West Bromwich High Street, offers commissionaire reception and secure private parking at the rear, as well as 24-hour access.
The town centre location with close proximity to amenities, metro line and central bus station, makes Lanchard House a popular choice with tenants. Office space in West Bromwich remains in high demand and options for office space are becoming limited in the town.
