Would you like free IT consultancy from an impartial IT expert for your business?
The Optimising Business Technology in the Black Country programme (OBT), available to all eligible SME businesses, will not only provide free expert IT advice, but bespoke coaching at your premises on a 1 to 1 basis, including a review of your current systems and development of an action plan to improve your use of technology and broadband.
In addition to the free IT consultancy, the OBT programme has a free series of workshops and seminars taking place across the Black Country. The first series of workshops will cover numerous issues, including digital marketing, making the most of social media, and implementing new IT systems and approaches to drive efficiency and productivity; all delivered in a friendly, step by step environment.

The OBT programme, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership’s Growing Places Fund aims to encourage Black Country SME businesses to achieve a step change in the way they use IT technology, and also consider how superfast broadband connectivity can help to:
