Use of cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. Measuring website usage
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how people use this site. We do this to make sure our website is meeting its users’ needs and to understand how we could do it better.
Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. We do not collect or store your personal information (for example, your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are. We do not allow Google to use or share our analytics data. Find out how to opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics.
We are currently using Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimise this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (for example – how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, and so on) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behaviour and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymised user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
Disclosure
We will only use personal information you send us for the purposes for which you provide it. We will only hold your information for as long as necessary, once we have responded to your enquiry, for these purposes and will not pass it on to any other parties.
All employees and subsidiaries who may have access to your personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.
All your communications to us are protected against unauthorised access by third parties.
